Roscoe Parsons, 72, of Millstone, WV passed away at his home on Sunday, November 1, 2015.

He was born May 23, 1943 in Orma, WV, a son of the late Perry and Phoeba Cottrell Parsons.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Brenton, Thomas, Dennis, Cecil, and Vance.

He is survived by wife, Audra Parsons; children, Randall (Tracy) Parsons of Frametown; Cathy (David) Dickey of Chloe; and Saundra (Michael) Ballengee; sister, Velma Barnes of Millstone; brother Eugene Parsons of Orma; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, WV. on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth Parsons and Rev. Loren Price officiating.
