Obituary for John David "Henry" Hickman
John David "Henry" Hickman, 62, of Grantsville, WV departed this earth December 31, 2016. He was born in Sutton, WV on February 6, 1954, son of the late George Hickman and Jessie Singleton Hickman of Orma. He was a retired timber man.
He is survived by one son Jeffrey (Steph) Tallhammer of Minnora, WV; two grandchildren Brandon and Britney Tallhammer; 3 brothers George (Karen) and Tom (Jean) Hickman of Orma, WV; Steve (Michele) Hickman of Nokesville, VA; 4 sisters Rose (Eric) Robinson of Oak Hill VA, Karen Locklear of Alex, VA; Jeanie (Clyde) Garrett of Grantsville, WV; and Sandy (Joe) McCune of Arnoldsburg.
He was proceeded in death by a son John D. Hickman, Jr. and one brother Randall Hickman.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral home, Arnoldsburg, WV on Thursday January 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Roger Carter officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be at Orma United Methodist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
