Obituary for Neva Leah Kendall (Carter)
Neva Leah Kendall passed peacefully from this world on the 5th of March shortly after 8pm and into the Kingdom of Heaven.
Born January 22, 1922, she was preceded in death by her parents William “Bob” and Amy Marks Carter, her husband Adrian, and a great-grandson Kevin “KJ” Kendall. She is survived by her sisters Lorene Weekley and Nelma Wiemer and her brother William Hubert Carter.
She is also survived by her children: Arlis “Ray” Kendall and wife Doris; Arden Kendall and wife Brenda, Delmas Kendall and wife Diane, Sandra Harris and husband Eddie; Randall Kendall and wife Joyce; Roger Kendall and wife Marie; Larry Kendall and wife Marsha; Sherry Gross and husband Danny. In addition she is survived by 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and several step grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00pm Wednesday, March 8th followed directly by the funeral at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg, WV. A graveside service will be at 1:00pm Thursday, March 9th at the Kendall Family Cemetery on the Kendall Farm in Braxton County, WV. Pastors Joe Busch and Dewey Tanner will officiate.
