Obituary for Pat Richard Vaughan
Pat Richard Vaughan, 86, of Chloe, WV passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Charleston Area Medical Center, General.
He was born in Floe, WV, on February 9, 1931. He was a son of the late Homer and Myrtle Anderson Vaughan. He loved singing and his grandchildren. He was a member of Nebo Baptist Church.
He is survived by wife of 60 years, Ermal Marks Vaughan; children, Tommy (Karen) Vaughan; Terry (Teresa) Vaughan; Jerry (Tiffany) Vaughan; and Patricia (Kenny) Rush; grandchildren, Dustin (Brittney) Vaughan; Dylan (Breanna) Vaughan; Megan Prater (Matt Owens); Jerry Vaughan, Jr.; Colby Vaughan; Dylan Treadway; Brittany Treadway; Eric (Kayla) Hicks; Kimberly (RJ) Coleman; Roma Rush; Samantha Hicks; and Autumn Rush.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, son, Timmie Vaughan; brothers, Darrell Vaughan, Bob Vaughan, Bill Vaughan, Quenten Vaughan, and Delvin Vaughan; and sisters, Macel Miller; Mildred Carter; Geraldine Anderson; and Magaline Watkins.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Kenneth Tanner officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Nebo Baptist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
