Donald Levi Harris, 77, of Arnoldsburg, WV died Sunday, October 8, 2017 at his home with his family.
He was born in Calhoun County, WV on October 17, 1939, a son of the late Wesley and Vina Marks Harris. He was a pipeliner, working for Brian Miller, B. Miller Excavating, Billie Houchin and Houchin Construction.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Helen Harris; daughter, Rebecca Stalnaker of Arnoldsburg; sons, Donald “Kink” Harris of Orma, WV and Ronald “Ronnie” Harris of Arnoldsburg, WV; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and 11 step-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Carl Harris of Mt. Zion, WV; sisters, Juanita Cottrell of Sandridge, WV and Gerldine Parsons of Sandridge, WV; and one grandson, Joshua Harris.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, WV with Pastor Cleston Garrett officiating.
