Eugene Olin Stevens, Sr., 77, of Big Bend, WV passed away on December 5, 2017 at his home.
He was born in Beards Fork, WV on July 15, 1940, a son of the late Ruby Marie Johnson and Charlie Alonzo Stevens.
He was a retired certified welder. He was an avid musician and horse enthusiast.
He is survived by children, Charlie Stevens, Richard Stevens, David Stevens, Lisa Bortle, Eugene O. Stevens, Jr., and Erin Stevens; 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; three sisters.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers, and a granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Grantsville, WV on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Steven Carter officiating.
