Obituary for Blondina Dean Richards (Deuley)
Blondina Dean Richards, 86, of Mt. Zion, WV passed away Monday, January 8, 2018 at her home.
She was born in Calhoun County, WV on July 12, 1931, a daughter of the late Curtis and Stella Yeager Deuley.
She is survived by sons, Roxel Richards, Michael (Kay) Richards, and Denver Richards all of Mt. Zion, WV; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Louise Yeager; Shirley Richardson of Belpre, Ohio; Jeanne Richards of Elyria, Ohio; and Mary Jo Sams of Weston, WV.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Burlen Ray "Bunk" Richards; brothers, George Deuley, Luthur Deuley, Everett (Jake) Deuley, and Russell (Boone) Deuley; sisters, Lettie Wilson, Freda Yeager, Tressie Buskirk, and Oleta Tallhamer; and daughter, Everlyn Wood.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Carter and Joe Lancaster officiating. Visitation will be at the church Thursday from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Interment will be in Mt. Zion UMC Cemetery.
