Condolence: Sending my deepest heartfelt condolences to David's family.... He worked for me at the WVDOH and was a wonderful man, and more importantly my friend.... David could run any piece of equipment needed to get the job done, and he will be missed by many. Prayers out to the family. May you find comfort in him being at peace now. Our good Lord took another Angel home.
