Condolences

Condolence From: Angelia Horne
Condolence: Daddy, I wish you could know so many things that have happened over the years, so you could understand. No matter how old I get or how far away I roam, part of me will always be a toddler standing on the couch and looking out the window up the driveway to see headlights turning in, waiting for my Daddy to come home so we can watch the late night monster movie after the Midnight Special. I've carried more of you with me than you will ever know. I have and will always love you. He is also survived by his biological daughter, Angelia Horne, two grandchildren, Atlas and Kristara Cunningham and one great grandson, Dante Maese.

Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear of Charles passing. I met him and Patricia when they were building a house in moneta, VA. I placed a contract on the house and have never regretted it. He was a class builder and we had a great time while he was finishing the house. He never had a bad word for anybody never got excited about anything. We had a couple of outings together. Even though we ended up moving after 12 years in the house I still think of our good times we had together. You may be gone but will never be forgotten. I lost a good friend.

Condolence: My condolences to the Horne families. I'm sorry to hear about the loss of dear Charles. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
