Etta Evelyne Radabaugh, 72, of Big Springs, WV passed away February 18, 2019 at Charleston Area Medical Center-Memorial.
She was born April 21, 1947, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Janie Cottrell Rogers.
She was a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by husband, Ralph Radabaugh; son Albert Franklin Radabaugh (Pamela) of Nobe, WV; daughter, Marcia Putnam of Sutton, WV and granddaughter, Amber Metheney of Sutton, WV.
